About Pinky
Meet Pinky, our wild child with a timid heart. This girl came to the Humane Colorado without much information and was initially pretty fearful of new people and also very high energy. She’s still such a puppy and will need patient owners or a family with older children who will provide consistent positive reinforcement training as she learns her grown-up manners. Pinky is full of exuberance and curiosity and will need consistent daily physical exercise as well as mental exercise such as puzzles and games. She’s anxious to learn but just hasn’t had much of an opportunity to do so. We recommend her home have a fenced backyard so that she can practive learning her leash and walking skills in a safe, contained environment. We think she’d benefit from joining a home with another social, easy-going doggie who won’t overwhelm Pinky but will show her the ropes and the joy of home life as she adjusts to a new environment. Schedule a time to bring the family and any other dogs in your home and come by to meet our girl.
