Deogee came to Humane Colorado after his people could no longer care for him. A sweet senior boy, he’s a great introduction to what it’s like to have a large dog in your home. Gentle from nose to tail, Deogee enjoys scritches and butt pats, treats, stuffies, and just spending time with you. Deogee’s Day of Fun! We took Deogee (like D.O.G.) on a day trip around Denver, and we gotta say, he’s perfect. Doggie day trips allow us to give our adoptable dogs a break from the shelter while we learn a bit more about them. Our sniff safari took us to Washington Park for a lap around Smith Lake then to Two Pals and a Pup pet store for snacks and a new stuffed toy! Deogee was the perfect gentleman, not pulling on his leash, showing interest in people and dogs but easily redirected to our walk, and taking treats with tender care. Deogee is a lover boy – affectionate and wanting to be by your side. With a smile mark on his derriere, it’s hard not to be happy around this 10/10 pup. The only dislike we encountered from Deogee?
