Adopt Cooper Cooper is located at Leslie A. Malone Center Cooper Location: Leslie A. Malone Center Sex: Male Current Weight: 50 lbs Looks Like: Beagle-Terrier Color: Tricolor Age: 6 Years Intake Date: 03/18/2026 ID: A1347200 About Cooper Charming cutie pie Cooper! Cooper is the sweetest boy with the charms beagles are known for — fun, loving, and affectionate with a great love for walks with lots of sniffing, play, and outdoor adventure. Cooper loves trails and camping — and treats! He’s polite with free roam of his home and knows sit, down, stay, come, and heel, and responds to cues such as leave it, touch, back, and jump. Cooper enjoys learning new tricks and training and does very well with rewards and clear goals. Beagles are pack animals, and you’re his pack, so he sleeps on his dog bed in your room or on your bed. We believe Cooper will be happiest and thrive either as your only pup or with a doggie brother or sister, with older kids, in a home without shared walls, since sometimes he likes to sing beautiful beagle songs (and no cats or small mammals). Come visit this sweetheart Cooper and be prepared to fall in love! Adoption Fee: $100 Adopt Me Support My Care Share Facebook TikTok Instagram
We recommend starting your search for a new pet online. If you see a pet you want to meet, note their location and write down their ID number. We have three adoption facilities: Leslie A Malone Center in Denver, The Buddy Center in Castle Rock, and the San Luis Valley Animal Center in Alamosa. Adoptions are on a first come, first served basis. We regularly update our available cats, dogs, and small mammals online, but there’s always a possibility that the pet you saw on our site will find a home before you get a chance to visit. Learn everything you need to know about adopting a pet from Humane Colorado on the pet adoptions process page.
All adoptions include: Spay or neuter surgeries Age-appropriate vaccinations A microchip ID A free wellness visit with a participating veterinarian. A temporary collar and ID tag A temporary leash or a carrier
